Westbridge Academy's Year 5 debating team have reached the STEP Debating Championship quarter finals. The team defeated Benedict and Park Academy in their regional debates.

The team will travel to Park Academy in January 2025 to compete against David Livingstone Academy. The children will debate the following statement: Every child under the age of 16 has the right to freedom from social media technology.
