At Westbridge, we carefully design our school day so that children have the opportunity to practice key skills, such a reading, writing and mathematics throughout the day. Our Wider Curriculum subjects are taught in two week blocks so pupils can explore these subjects in depth, revisiting them in question quadrants throughout the year. Wider Curriculum subjects are designed to have links between topics to support pupil learning. Pupils have a Philosophy for Children and RSE lesson once a week to support their personal development. Our Music curriculum will begin in Autumn 2 as will our Modern Foreign Languages curriculum.
